Welcome to Flex Outdoor Fitness, I’m Nikki! 

I am a Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor located in the beautiful bayside suburb of Edithvale.

My goal as a Personal Trainer is to make you enjoy the journey without just focusing on the destination. I believe fitness can be fun, something that can help empower you & make you feel better, not just about your body, but about your overall mental health. 

My approach to training is to help you become more accountable, ensure that you stay consistent & troubleshoot any reasons that have prevented you from achieving your goals in the past. 

I am not your typical fitness professional & have a very relaxed, fun, original style to training & I truly love helping people feel better about themselves inside & out. 

 

Family friendly

As a busy mum of two I know first-hand what it is like trying to exercise with little people around. 

That’s why at Flex I encourage you to bring kids along if you need to.

Gyms can be an intimidating & unwelcoming space for some.

At Flex you will find yourself in a safe,  comfortable space with a supportive-community feel.

Each client is different from the next so you all need to be trained in different ways.

I will work closely with you to establish your goals, your likes & dislikes.
